ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 336, 397, 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.540 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had wrongfully restrained the defacto complainant on the point of knife and they snatched money of Rs.5,00/- from his pocket and made murderous threat to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having four previous cases and the investigation is pending.

5.Taking note of the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
