Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the petitioner's one-year bond period as completed and to consequently terminate her bond agreement as infructuous and to direct the fifth respondent college to return her original certificates and documents collected during her Super-Specialty admission along with her SuperSpecialty degree certificates, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

Heard both sides.

2.The issue on hand is covered by more than one order passed by this Court. One such order dated 29.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.9633 of 2024 (K.Deepan Vs The State of Tamil Nadu & Others) has been produced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2/4

3.I am conscious that the Government has filed writ appeal challenging the same. Following the earlier order of this Court, I direct the fifth respondent to return the petition mentioned original certificates to the petitioner forthwith and without delay. The second respondent is directed to formally relive the petitioner from bonded service. This shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
