(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 29.06.2020, within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the appeal as early as on 29.06.2020, the first respondent has not disposed of the same yet. 3.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Government, taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal within a time frame, after giving notice to the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.13504 of 2021 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, we direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, dated 29.06.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the third respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
