Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st Respondent from proceeding further with the appeal dated 20.05.2022 filed by the Petitioner in pursuance of the enquiry notice issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Ji2/14818/2022 dated 15.06.2022 without furnishing the copies required by the Petitioner vide his representation dated 17.06.2022 and consequentially direct the Respondents to furnish the copies as required by the Petitioner vide his representation dated 17.06.2022. ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Ajmal Khan, Senior Counsel for M/s.

Ajmal Associates for the Petitioner and of Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:- "The first respondent District Collector, Virudhunagar District, is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner strictly in compliance with the direction of the Honourable Supreme Court in S.L.P(C).No.11466 of 2022, dated 12.07.2022, within a reasonable time.
