This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to expedite the trial in M.C.No.02 of 2023. 2.According to the petitioners, the first petitioner filed a petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C, before the Family Court, Madurai in M.C.No.2 of 2023. But the case is still pending without any progress. Hence this petition.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
