ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a directions to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017 submitted for certified copy of the registered Will dated 06.08.1932 executed by the petitioner's grandfather in favour of her mother.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 16.11.2017 to furnish certified copy of the registered Will dated 06.08.1932 executed by the petitioner's grandfather in favour of her mother. Since no order is passed, the petitioner filed this present writ petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the said application has been considered based on availability of the records.

4.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be given to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the concerned authorities to workout his remedy.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9066 of 2019 make a fresh representation to the concerned authority enclosing the copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
