PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to ROC.No.23462/2018/F2 dated 26.12.2019 issued by the second respondent based upon the enquiry conducted by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner during the period of suspension from 27.08.2018 to 13.08.2019.
