For Petitioner : Mr.M.Dinesh Hari Sudarsan For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi for R1 & R2 Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.R.Sundar for R3 COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

and Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6370 of 2021 given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken in C.Nos.767 of 2021, 263 of 2021, 15722 of 2021 and 337 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry both parties have appeared and on behalf of the petitioner her father has appeared and it was found that it is a family dispute between the parties. Subsequently, the petitioner also attended. But however, the third respondent did not appear. Because of the non co-operation on the part of the third respondent herein, it was closed on 31.08.2021. Since it is a family dispute, it has been rightly closed by the second respondent. Since the enquiry has been closed, the harassment may not exists and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the statement of the parties that has been given before the Enquiry Officer and recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these two petitions are disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
