ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who seeks anticipatory bail, is facing charges under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending. 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to him may not arise. The petitioner can workout his remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of enquiry. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
