Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the G.O.No.(Pa)No.124 dated 05.12.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent by calling for the records from the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal consequentially directing the respondents to sanction the Pensionary benefits.
ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.ASHOK, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and of Mr.R.MURALI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the credit of Account No.10767823177 (State Bank of India) towards District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam.
