Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned election notification under Proceeding No.Nil, dated 17.09.2020, on the file of the fourth respondent pertaining to conductance of election to the sixth respondent society and to quash he same as illegal and further direct the respondents to rectify the infirmities as detailed in the petitioner representation, dated 23.09.2020 and conduct the election to the sixth respondent society after the list of the lock down imposed under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. ensuring the participation of all the members to cast their vote avoiding the present Covid - 19 Pandemic situation.
