PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give permission to run the Recreation Club by name style of "Vel Recreation Club-Vedasandur"in Aathumedu, Karur Road, Tholappan Petrol Opposite, Vedasandur, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated on 24.04.2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give permission to run the Recreation Club by name style of "Vel Recreation ClubVedasandur"in Aathumedu, Karur Road, Tholappan Petrol Opposite, Vedasandur, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated on 24.04.2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the third respondent/ the Inspector of Police, Vedasandur Police Station, Dindigul, Dindigul District, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.04.2022, and to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
