ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram to dispose CC.No.191 of 2010 under Sections 120(B), 468, 471 and 420 of IPC r/w 34 of the IPC on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his private complaint, the trial Court has taken cognizance in C.C.No.191 of 2010 and the same is pending without further progress.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondents 2 to 4, is inclined to pass order in this petition.

4. Since the case in C.C.No.191 of 2010 is pending before the trial Court from 2010 onwards, considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, 2/4

Ramanathapuram, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.191 of 2010 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
