Respondent Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent vide Na.Ka.29/2017 dated 03.05.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbear the respondent from interfering water drawing activities from the bore well situated in Survey No.350/7B, Neendakarai 'B' village.
