JUDGMENT
(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2.The appellant herein filed W.P(MD)No.3459 of 2025 questioning the demand assessment order passed by the respondent. The learned single Judge granted interim stay on condition that the appellant deposited 10% of the disputed tax within 6 weeks. The Writ Petition is still pending. Questioning the condition imposed by the learned single Judge, this Writ Appeal has been filed.
3.We are of the view that in such discretionary matters, the Writ Appeal cannot be entertained. This Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
