This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the Respondents 2 to 4 herein not to interfere in the civil dispute and harass this petitioner and petitioner's family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a written instructions given by the respondent police, which reads as follows:

"One David, Son of Groos, preferred a complaint against one Samayakaveri, D/o.Rathinam regarding land dispute in Survey no.693/20 located at Iyyanthoppu, Thangachimadam and the Sub Inspector of Police, Thangatchimadam Police Station enquired the matter and after preliminary enquiry came to know that the dispute related to civil dispute, hence the Sub Inspector of Police, Thangatchimadam Police Station instructed both the parties to approach the concerned civil forum and seek remedy, the same was accepted by both the parties and the petition enquiry was closed on 14.05.2017. Subsequently the said David preferred a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram District and the same was forwarded to the Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell and after enquiry the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing also found that the matter was related to civil dispute and instructed both the parties to approach concerned civil court and the petition enquiry was closed."
