ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order suspending the sentence against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.3285 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD).No.226 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024. 1/3

2. The petitioner has been enlarged on bail after suspending the sentence. While suspending the sentence, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in a week at 10.30 am.

3. It is learnt from the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the regular work of the accused is affected and hence, theh condition should be relaxed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner needs to appear before the Court during any of the working days for complying the condition, this Court feels that it is appropriate to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.3285 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD).NO.226 of 2024, dated 23.10.2024.
