When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.178 of 2022 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(1) of IPC and further submitted that another case has been registered against the third respondent in Crime No.179 of 2022 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(2) of IPC.
