ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the dead bodies are not allowed to be buried in the objected place. However, the petitioner would submit that the encroachments are yet to be removed. In this regard, the official respondents are directed to conduct a survey, identify the encroachments if any and remove the same by following the procedures as contemplated under the Act and Rules.

2. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
