This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent herein to initiate appropriate Criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the Complaint dated 25.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he sent a complaint dated 25.02.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's complaint is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 25.02.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, 2/4

within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunities to both the parties.

5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
