O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 19.04.2025 to the 2nd respondent as against the 3rd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the 2nd respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's representation is pending with the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of one month from the date of this order.
