The petitioner has made a representation by way of an appeal to the 2nd respondent under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983 on 19.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The primordial grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint made by a private party, the petitioner's patta was cancelled. However, the petitioner has challenged the proceedings of the District Registrar under Section 77A of the Registration Act and has also succeeded before this Court in W.P(MD)No.16533 of 2023, by an order, dated 02.09.2024.

4. In the light of the above, there can be no impediment or difficulty for the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2025 and pass final orders. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to take up the petitioner's application, dated 19.04.2025 and 2/4

pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the petitioner and all interested parties, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
