ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner had lodged complaint for cancelling the petition mentioned documents. Action was taken under Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011. The second respondent also passed an order on 30.08.2013 accepting the allegations made by the writ petitioner. All that the petitioner wants is implementation of the said proceedings. In other words, he wants the said order duly entered in the encumbrance register. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents pointed out that Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has been withdrawn and direction has been 2/4

issued for recalling all the orders made under the aforesaid circular. A copy of the communication issued by the second respondent to the Additional Government Pleader has been passed on to the Court. In view of the same, the writ prayer cannot be entertained. This writ petitioner is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
