Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to ensure that 3rd to 6th respondents are not using their house for prayer purpose by using loud speaker and remove the CCTV camera fixed by the 3rd to 6th respondents in their house facing the house of the petitioner within the period as stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to ensure that the third to sixth respondents remove the CCTV camera focusing on the petitioner's residence and also restrain them from conducting prayer meeting using loud speakers.

2. The learned Government Advocate today states that on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, the parties were called for enquiry and the respondents 3 to 6 had removed the CCTV camera focusing the residence of the petitioner and also given an undertaking that they will not use loud speakers during the prayer meeting.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6 is present today and also endorsed the submission made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9127 of 2019 Government Advocate and stated that CCTV camera fixed for their security reason has been removed due to the serious objection made by the petitioner herein and also they are not using any loud speakers during the prayer meeting.

4. The said undertaking is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
