PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to issue Permanent Registration Number to the petitioner's JCB/3DX vehicle bearing temporary registration number in TN 59 TPBH1542 by considering her representation dated 01.09.2020, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks permanent registration for the petition mentioned vehicle. It appears that the petitioner did not produce the vehicle in time. The petitioner is now ready to pay the late fee also. The petitioner also undertakes to comply with all other usual formalities.

3.The undertaking given by the petitioner through his counsel is recorded. The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case on the basis of the petition mentioned representation and dispose it of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
