ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents forbearing the respondents 1st to 3rd not to mutate the revenue records of the petitioner's property till the disposal of OS No.31 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner, third and fourth respondents have rival claims over the land. The writ petitioner has filed O.S.No.31 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the trial has started and it is in the stage of argument.

Therefore, this Court without going into the merits of the case, is directing the Civil Court to complete the trial within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the parties are directed to maintain status quo and not to encumber the property further.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
