2. The petitioner applied to the second respondent for restoration of the recognition to run M.Ed programme from 2023-2024 onwards. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
