Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned records of the 3rd Respondent in Document No. 1012/22 dated 13.05.2022, quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd, 4th and 5th Respondents to shift the high powered (11kv) overhead electrical line passing through the Petitioners land in S.No. 779/3 Ward No. 48/18, Pettai, Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagar, Tirunelveli and consequently refund the amount of Rs. 3,02,703 collected from the petitioner with interest.
