ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 352, 427, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.348 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused were drinking alcohol in public place and the defacto complainant's brother advised them not to drink liquor in the public place. Due to which, the accused persons went to the defacto complainant's house with weapons and threatened them with dire consequences. They have also assaulted the defacto complainant and his family members.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that no one sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

5.Though no one sustained injuries, considering the conduct of the petitioners in consuming liquor in the public place and went to attack the defacto complainant 2/3
