Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18716 of 2018 on 16.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly from 04.11.2018 to till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both

the counsels, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, as and when required.
