Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for TANGEDCO.

2. It is clarified by the learned counsel for TANGEDCO that without getting formal order from the District Collector under Section 16 of the Telegraph Act, TANGEDCO would not take up installation works on the petitioner's land.
