This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioners to withdraw the remaining 1⁄4th amount (Rs.13,39,520/- with interest) deposited as per the order made in C.R.P.(MD).307/2017, dated 16.02.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 30.06.2021.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that steps have already been taken to withdraw the amount by filing C.M.P.(MD)No.10751 of 2023 in C.R.P(MD)No.307 of 2017.
