This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2018.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.02.2022, it has been submitted that the counsel on record for the petitioner was reported to be dead. Hence, notice was ordered to the petitioner. Even though notice was served upon the petitioner, none appeared on behalf of him on 14.03.2022. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
