ORDER

Mr.K.Thamburaja, learned counsel on record for the writ petitioner is before this Court.

2. Mr.Ayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent.

3. Subject matter of instant writ petition pertains to a complaint dated 24.07.2014 given by the writ petitioner to the 'State Human Rights Commission' (hereinafter referred to as 'SHRC' for the sake of brevity) Chennai. Instant writ petition has been filed with the prayer for expeditious disposal the said complaint.

4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the complaint has been closed on 11.08.2016, but, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that order of closure or any other order has not been served on the writ petitioner.

5. Respondent shall serve a copy of the closure order, dated 11.08.2016 to the writ petitioner, within a fortnight from today (i.e, on 05.09.2019).

6. All other questions raised by the writ petitioner in the instant writ petition are left open and the date of service of the order dated 11.08.2016 within a fortnight from today, will be the reckoning date for any further proceedings.
