When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has already circulated a letter dated 21.06.2024, to the Registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
