2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the second respondent/accused is having high influence and political contact so that she will try to tamper the witnesses and evidence. He further submits that granting anticipatory bail to her will cause prejudice to the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is still pending.

4. This Court is not satisfied with the grounds raised by the petitioner in this petition. Since there is no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.M.P.No.2409 of 2020, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
