2. The appellant herein is a retired employee of the Transport Corporation. He filed W.P.(MD)No.15664 of 2016 for settling his terminal benefits. The writ petition was disposed of. Alleging that the order was not complied with, the appellant filed Cont.P.(MD)No.1830 of 2018.

3. It was not open to the appellant to file one more writ petition on the same cause of action. That is why, the learned single Judge dismissed the writ petition. The approach of the learned single Judge cannot be faulted. If the appellant feels aggrieved, his remedy is to file miscellaneous petition in the contempt petition seeking its revival.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
