J U D G M E N T
Heard both sides.
2. The appellant herein is a retired employee of the Transport Corporation. He filed W.P.(MD)No.20099 of 2016 for settling his terminal benefits. The writ petition was disposed of.
3. It was not open to the appellant to file one more writ petition on the same cause of action. That is why, the learned single Judge dismissed the writ petition. The approach of the learned single Judge cannot be faulted. If the appellant feels aggrieved, his remedy is to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
