Heard Mr.C.T.Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks survey, demarcation and fixing a boundary stones in pursuance of an application dated 26.03.2025. The petitioner rests his claim based on Chitta mutated in the name of the petitioner and also sale deed of the year 1982.

3. In the light of the above, the respondents are directed to dispose of the petitioner's survey application, in accordance with law, on merits, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
