The instant Contempt Petition has been filed, alleging violation of the orders of this Court, dated 08.12.2023, passed in W.P.(MD) No.29115 of 2023.

2. In compliance of the orders of this Court, the third respondent in the Writ Petition has passed an order, dated 12.08.2024, granting approval of appointment of Tmt.R.Thaines Viyagula Mary from 01.08.2018.

3. In view of the above said facts, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
