ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the petition mentioned property. His grievance is that without taking note of the same on the strength of a sale deed produced by the fourth respondent, the third respondent had issued patta in his favour including the property under the petitioners enjoyment. Aggrieved by the same and seeking cancellation of the patta issued by the fourth respondent, the petitioner had moved the second respondent. W.P.(MD)No.12871 of 2022 respondent to submit her report in this regard. Even though such a communication was sent wayback on 25.02.2022, the proceedings before the second respondent are yet to be concluded. That led to the filing of this writ petition.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will have to necessarily hear the fourth respondent before passing final order. I make it clear I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The only direction that has now been given is for expeditious disposal of the petition mentioned appeal. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
