PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to pass suitable order for change of investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.04.2025 from the file of the 4th respondent to some other agency within the period stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.1 to pass suitable order for change of investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.04.2025 from the file of the 4th respondent to some other agency.

2.According to the petitioner, he sent a representation seeking change of investigation dated 22.04.2025 to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's 2/5

representation is under consideration with the first respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the first respondent, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
