ORDER

The Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to absorb the petitioners as Assistant Engineer (AE) w.e.f the date on which their junior viz., M.Ravi was absorbed in service on 07.01.2008, by counting the past service rendered by the petitioners in AGROFED as Block Manager with continuity of service and all other attendant monetary benefits in the light of order made in S.L.P.No.12121/2011 dated 11.05.2016, and by considering the representation dated 10.06.2017 and 03.11.2017, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

W.P.(MD) No.927 of 2019 3.Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has raised various grounds in the present writ petition, when the matter is taken up for hearing, he submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 10.06.2017. 5.Considering the nature of relief sought for in the Writ petition and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, without deciding the issue on merits, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 10.06.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
