PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No. 1 to 3 herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 on the basis of his complaint dated 14.06.2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No. 1 to 3 herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 on the basis of his complaint dated 14.06.2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the complaint, the respondent police has not taken any action.

W.P(MD)No.12806 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the complaint has been received by postal dated 14.06.2022, summon has been issued to the parties for enquiry and therefore he seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the third respondent/ the Inspector of Police, Soolakarai Police Station, Virudhunagar District, is directed to take appropriate action and to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
