ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
2. Considering the nature of the relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. The petitioner suffered an order at the hands of the third respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent. He also sought interim relief. His grievance is that it is not being disposed of. He wants the same to be disposed of speedily.
3. I am of the view that the main appeal itself can be directed to be disposed of. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that 2/4
since the third respondent has given a direction that an FIR should be registered against the petitioner, he is anxious to get an interim relief.
4. Taking note of the facts and circumstances obtaining in this case, the direction to register the FIR against the petitioner will be kept in abeyance and will abide by the outcome of the appellate order to be passed by the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent has to necessarily hear the fifth respondent and other interested parties, if any. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the respective parties are left open. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of.
