ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 342, 376, 506(i), 34 of IPC r/w 4, 6, 5(1), 11 (V) and 17 of the Protection of Children from sexual offences Act, 2012 r/w 3(2)(a) r/w 4(1), 5(1) of Immoral Traffic Act and under Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 in Crime No.45 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused Shanthi had involved the victim girl in prostitution with the help of other accused. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is reported that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.58 of 2022 and his is having seven previous cases.

5. Considering the seriousness and gravity of offence and the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeter, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
