The petitioner, aggrieved by the survey conducted, has preferred an appeal to the first respondent on 28.09.2021. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said appeal is kept pending without any progress.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed the appeal as early as in September 2021, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within eight [8] weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
