[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue namely, Murugammal, aged 22 years, seeking production of the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.It is the case of the Petitioner that from 09.09.2020 her daughter is missing and hence the Petition.

3.The Petitioner along with the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing and on enquiry, it is stated by the detenue Murugammal that she was away from her house in view of the objection raised by her parents to her love affair and now she is ready to go with the Petitioner herein. H.C.P.(MD) No.766 of 2020 4.In the light of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
