This Criminal Miscellaneous Petitione is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble High Court to relax the condition imposed on the Appellant in Crl.Appeal No.211 of 2021 dated 15/06/2021 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court in Crime No.78 of 2019.

This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14 A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocites) Act, to set the Order, dated 26/03/2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.6278 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Cases, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur.
ORDER:
This Petition coming upon hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.V.Malaiyendran Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.R.M.S.Sethuraman, Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.Appeal (MD) No.211 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021 on the file of this Court in Crime No.78 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police. 1/3
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.211 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD) No.211 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police Station on the first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
