ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2021 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law. 2.The case of the petitioner is that one Murugesan has cheated the petitioner, stating that if he invests money in his finance institution, in future he will get more money with interests. Believing his words, the petitioner gave a sum of Rs.71,45,498/- by way of cash and bank transactions, on several occasions. But, the said Murugesan did not repay the amount and thereby, he cheated the petitioner. Therefore, he made a representation to the second respondent police to take action against the said Murugesan. Till date, no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

W.P(MD)No.13503 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by some other person, enquiry was undertaken and the case in crime No.1 of 2021 has been registered as against the said Murugesan, his wife and brother. 4.Since FIR has been registered, nothing survives in this petition for consideration. With the Above,this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
